Tharun Tharian is the Sr. Product Manager for Microsoft SQL Azure, a cloud based database service. He has worked on Azure related technologies since its launch at PDC 08 and has also worked on other Microsoft middleware technologies such as Biztalk and AppFabric. Prior to working for Microsoft, Tharun worked as a developer, trainer and consultant on Java and Microsoft .NET technologies.
