Job Overview

Provide administrative support to leadership team. The role requires involvement with high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive
  • Prepares and edit communications, presentations and other documents
  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements where necessary
  • Arranges and coordinates meetings and events
  • Co-ordinate new hires and on boarding paperwork
  • Receives and interacts with incoming visitors
  • May interact with external clients
  • Co-ordinates project-based work
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education

  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate Degree preferred

Work Experience

  • 2 or more years’ experience

  • High problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team and individually – as the project demands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Service orientation, and passion to learn and grow
