Each level has its own entry form, so don’t forget to complete a new form each time you have achieved a new level.

		Second Normal Form It’s time to step it up a notch! Earn your Second Normal Form Badge and receive your must-have ERwin hat by completing the following activities: Be part of the discussion and become an active participant (at least 1 comment post) in the ERwin discussion forum Register and attend an ERwin Webcast Post, tweet, or re-tweet about ERwin Modeling on 1 of 3 Social Media Sites: Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn View winners that have attained this level → Register to attain this badge level →

		Third Normal Form Now that you have proven you know your data modeling, let’s make this contest a little more challenging. Earn your Third Normal Form Badge and your exclusive “Why Be Normal?” ERwin T-shirt by completing the following activities: Submit Tip & Technique on ERwin.com Submit an approved Customer Testimonial to be posted to ERwin.com Comment on one of the ERwin expert blogs (at least one time) Submit a photo in your ERwin hat (prize for achieving Second Normal Form) to be posted on ERwin.com Community photos page Post at least 5 times in the ERwin discussion forum View winners that have attained this level → Register to attain this badge level →

		4th Normal Form Requirements Now you are in the major leagues and only one level away from becoming a “Why Be Normal?” ERwin Master! Earn your final badge and be entered to win your complimentary pass to CA WORLD 2011 by completing the following activities: Participate and submit 1 Success Story or Case Study Be a fan/following ERwin on all 3 of our social networking sites: Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn Be an active participant on our social networking sites (must post at least 10 times throughout duration of participation in “Why Be Normal?” Contest) Have a public article or blog posted/published about ERwin OR be a speaker an event or webcast where you discuss your ERwin experience in a positive light Submit a photo in your ERwin “Why Be Normal?” T-Shirt Post at least 10 times in the ERwin discussion forum View winners that have attained this level → Register to attain this badge level →
