Draw a Rounded Rectangle

Drawing objects enhance the appearance of your model and add meaningful graphic or text annotations. You can add a rectangle with rounded corners to your drawing.

To draw a rectangle with rounded corners

1. Click Rounded rectangle on the Drawing Objects toolbar and position the pointer where you want to include the rounded rectangle on the diagram window.
2. Click the area and drag from the upper left to the opposite end of the rounded rectangle. As you drag the mouse, an outline of the shape displays.
3. Release the mouse button.

You can add consecutive multiple rounded rectangles by pressing the CTRL key before you click on the Drawing Objects toolbar. After you follow the last three steps above, when you click again in the diagram window, another rounded rectangle is created.

Note: You can define default settings for drawing objects including color and font settings by applying a theme using the Shape Editor.
