She co-led the turnaround and revitalization efforts of this cloud contact center software provider yielding six times growth in a five-year timeframe. Before inContact, Mariann led Corporate Marketing and Investor Relations for Xtralis Pty Ltd., a private-equity backed company based in Melbourne, Australia. Prior to this, Mariann was SVP, Corporate Marketing for Verint Systems (NASDAQ: VRNT). Over the course of her six years with Verint, she created and implemented a global go-to-market strategy, repositioning the company from a commodity to a growth market space.
Mariann attended the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and received her certification in Practical Product Management from Pragmatic Marketing.
