Mariann McDonagh, CMO

Mariann is a market creator and builder with 30 years of strategic business leadership in the enterprise software and technology arena. Prior to joining erwin, Mariann served as Chief Marketing Officer for inContact (NASDAQ: SAAS). She co-led the turnaround and revitalization efforts of this cloud contact center software provider yielding six times growth in a five-year timeframe. Before inContact, Mariann led Corporate Marketing and Investor Relations for Xtralis Pty Ltd., a private-equity backed company based in Melbourne, Australia. Prior to this, Mariann was SVP, Corporate Marketing for Verint Systems (NASDAQ: VRNT). Over the course of her six years with Verint, she created and implemented a global go-to-market strategy, repositioning the company from a commodity to a growth market space.

Mariann attended the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and received her certification in Practical Product Management from Pragmatic Marketing. In 2013, she was honored by DM News as one of the country’s top marketing leaders and inducted into their inaugural Hall of Femme.
